What positions do you hire for?

State of Safe™ regularly hires security professionals licensed by the State of Texas Private Security Bureau as Level IV Personal Protection Officers and drone pilots licensed by the Federal Aviation Administration under 14 CFR Part 107 as sUAS Operators. We post other positions as they become available, but we are always interested in General Applications.

Do I need to be licensed to apply?

At this time, State of Safe™ is only accepting applications for licensed positions from applicants who are licensed at the time of application. We plan to start offering licensing programs with S.O.S in late 2026.

What is a "contract" position?

At State of Safe™, we have certain positions that allow for the individual to work full-time or part-time. Rather than adhering to a fixed schedule, you would be expected to meet clearly defined project goals, deliverables, and deadlines. This flexible approach allows professionals to manage their time while ensuring mission‑critical objectives are achieved efficiently and with accountability.
